Dr. Felker, an ophthalmologist, is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a past Chief of Staff at Sparks Regional Medical Center and a member of the Advisory Board of St. Edward Mercy Medical Center.
Dr. Felker received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Arkansas. He completed his residency at the University of Missouri Medical Center in Columbia where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Felker serves on the boards of the Ft. Smith Independent Physicians Association and Health Point Physician Hospital Organization. He is a member of the Arkansas Academy of Ophthalmology and a member of the Arkansas Medical Society, and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
