Dr. Linimon, an optometrist, attended Westark Community College and received his bachelor of science degreee in physiological optics and doctor of optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He practiced in the U.S. Air Force before returning to Fort Smith. He later completed an ocular therapeutics program at the University of Missouri - St. Louis School of Optometry. He is a member of the Arkansas Optometric Association and a deacon at Eastside Baptist Church.
